Any one who can ride a bike and shows enthusiasm for riding! This is the course for rippers with a sense of adventure. Specifically geared for younger riders this camp is all about fun fun fun. |
| CAMP CONTENTS: |
Games, Races, Skills Sessions, Coaching. All in the natural setting of the forest. Introduction to basic skills: attack position, gearing, cadence etc. Content based around GO MOUNTAIN BIKE Levels 1-4. Suitable for participants on the GO MOUNTAIN BIKE AWARD. |

EQUIPMENT: |
Please bring a suitable bike which has been safety checked in advance. For our bike safety check list CLICK HERE. We recommend Mountain bikes for participants to get the most benefit, BMX bikes are not suitable. Helmets are mandatory. We also recommend the use of gloves. Please also bring a back pack with plenty of drinks and snacks and clothing suitable for outdoor use and variable weather conditions. |
